Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient meal service, including menu selections, tray assembly, delivery and pickup.
• Oversee Dining on Call staff and ensure proper staffing and training.
• Monitor tray accuracy and patient dietary requirements; adjust menus as needed.
• Address patient concerns promptly and follow up with appropriate personnel.
