Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for full-time and part-time Sous Chef positions at Texas Children's Hospital North Austin, TX. Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates and participates in scheduling, payroll, training and reviews.
• Stores food in designated areas following sanitation procedures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Monitors inventory and deliveries; tracks production, consumption and waste.
