Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Responsible for coordinating patient meal service; e.g., menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick up, special requests and needs for Dining on Call Program.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Nutrition Operators, Workstation and Wait Staff Associates.
• Ensures Dining on Call service meets strategic and operational objectives.
• Oversees training and orientation of Dining on Call staff.
• Coordinates menu alternatives per diet orders and patient preferences.
• Monitors tray delivery and retrieval processes daily.
• Addresses patient concerns promptly and coordinates with supervisor as needed.
• Ensures compliance with dietary restrictions and HACCP guidelines.
