Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for a full-time Retail Supervisor at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston. You will oversee the daily operation of the hospital’s retail dining area, supervise staff, manage cash handling, and ensure safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for proper cash handling and completion of required daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Responds to customer needs and requests; resolves customer concerns.
• Assists with menu planning and ordering using appropriate company programs and initiatives.
• Ensures that department is opened and closed per departmental security policies.
• Oversees associate training and develops staff work schedules.
• Ensures associates perform daily and weekly tasks as assigned.
• Maintains compliance with health regulations and company policies.
