Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure duties are completed according to policy.
• Provide training and create work schedules for team members.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and monitor quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as contact person for staff complaints or time-off requests; mentor and develop employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
