Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services I for a hospital in Covington, TN. You will assist with daily operations across patient, retail dining, and catering services, while leading a team and developing talent.

You will drive client relationships, profitability, and financial goals in your area, leveraging your leadership and operational expertise to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of food service management experience, preferably in healthcare, but other backgrounds considered.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial experience and business acumen.
• Proficient computer skills with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day hospital food service operations including patient and retail dining and catering.
• Manage and develop a team of associates; lead talent development and training.
• Manage client relationships, profitability and support financial goals in assigned area.
