Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group USA, seeks an Assistant Director of Dining Services to support hospital dining operations in Covington, TN. You will help lead patient and retail dining services and catering, manage a team, and drive client relationships and profitability in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will collaborate with the Director and culinary teams, implement programs, and ensure high-quality, nutritious meals while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3 years of food service management experience, preferably in healthcare
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or willingness to obtain one in the first year
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Financial experience and business acumen
• Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Associate’s degree preferred
