Qualifikationen

• Requires valid Food Service Worker Permit (FSWP) from Monongalia County Health Department (MCHD) before start or Temporary FSWP by first Wednesday, with permanent FSWP within 1 month.

• Prepares all work areas for operation per task assignment.
• Maintains sanitizer levels and cleaning supplies.
• Sets up, restocks, cleans and organizes assigned area.
• Gathers utensils and portions.
• Produces and maintains quality food and beverages.
• Prepares attractive, timely foods using quality ingredients.
• Follows menu cycles and standardized recipes.
• Addresses customer/patient questions and resolves complaints professionally.
• Removes trash promptly and maintains sanitation and safety standards.
• Properly operates and stores equipment; cleans surfaces and stores items.
