The role requires a 2–4 year college degree in a relevant field, strong judgment, and excellent public speaking skills. Travel within the service area and evenings/weekends may be involved.

Formación

• 2–4 year college degree with focus in marketing, medical, social work or related field.
• Ability to apply sound judgement with autonomy.
• Demonstrated public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement hospital-specific plans to improve referrals and donations.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital staff and physicians.
• Provide education (written/verbal) about the donation process.
• Monitor progress and adjust goals based on data analysis.
