South Florida Donor Network, Inc. is seeking a Donation Development Liaison III to support educational and development strategies that increase organ and tissue donation.

You will collaborate with Donation Development, Organ Services and Family Services staff to manage donor referrals and education programs. The role involves on-site hospital visits, partner relationship management, data tracking, and participation in community events and external organizations to ensure compliance and improve

Responsibilities

• Liaises between South Florida Donor Network, Inc. (SFDN) and referring partner agencies.
• Conducts routine visits to hospitals and out-of-hospital referring agencies to build partner relationships.
• Ensures needs assessments are conducted at SFDN DSA hospitals and partner sites.
• Develops and implements written plans based on assessment results and secures approval from partner staff.
• Generates and evaluates statistics and reports to assess needs and inform partners when standards aren’t met.
• Maintains tracking tools to monitor partner profiles with key contacts and information.
• Keeps databases and reporting systems up to date; completes goals monthly.
• Responds to real-time case activity and participates in TOAST call as needed.
• Delivers education programs and process improvements for all partners to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Represents SFDN at public events; participates in committees and external organizations as assigned.
• Mentors staff, leads training with departmental leadership, and participates in data analysis for performance improvements.
