Job summary

LifeCenter Northwest is seeking a Hospital Development Program Manager to plan, implement, and oversee customized organ and tissue donation programs at assigned hospitals. You will ensure high-quality service and outcomes, build strong hospital relationships, and lead strategic improvements across regions.

Responsibilities include managing complex projects, collaborating with hospital leadership, and supporting clinical staff during referrals and cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant work experience may substitute.
• Minimum two years’ work experience in a health care environment.
• Minimum two years of demonstrated success in sales, marketing, customer service and public speaking.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured automobile for work-related travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital partnership projects with a high level of customer service and timeliness.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to drive donation outcomes and experiences.
• Assess account needs and engage stakeholders using a strengths-based approach.
• Provide on-site case support for referrals and donor activity; travel as needed.
