Job summary

The Donor Network Inc seeks a Donation Development Liaison III to support the mission of increasing organ and tissue donation in South Florida. You will collaborate with Donation Development, Organ Services, and Family Services to manage donor referrals and provide on-site support during cases.

Responsibilities include hospital visits, relationship building with partner staff, needs assessments, plan development, and up-to-date documentation in iTransplant.

Qualifications

• Requires strong liaison and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience coordinating across multiple hospital partners and agencies.
• Ability to develop and implement education programs and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between SFDN and referring partner agencies.
• Conduct routine hospital and partner visits and build solid relationships.
• Ensure needs assessments are conducted at hospitals and partner sites.
• Develop and implement written plans based on assessments and share with partners.
• Generate and evaluate statistics and reports to assess needs and compliance.
• Maintain tracking tools for partner profiles and update databases.
• Complete real-time documentation in iTransplant and other systems.
• Lead training and development for the department and participate in community events.
• Represent SFDN at public events and external organizations as assigned.
