Versiti, Inc. is seeking a Hospital Relations Specialist to partner with hospitals in Northeast and Lakeshore Wisconsin, promoting organ donation and strengthening referral networks.

The role entails travel to assigned hospitals, education delivery, and collaboration with clinicians and leadership to drive donations. You will build relationships, support education initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance while advancing Versiti's lifesaving mission across the service area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in sales, marketing, healthcare, or related relationship-driven roles.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Comfortable presenting to groups and leading educational sessions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
• Valid driver's license and regular travel to service area.

Responsibilities

• Develop hospital partnerships with clinicians, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Increase organ and tissue donation referrals and opportunities.
• Serve as hospital liaison during active donation cases and ensure smooth processes.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and deliver education and training for hospital staff and partners.
• Represent Versiti at community outreach events and donor family activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve donation processes and hospital engagement.
