Qualifications

• Six months’ work experience required.
• Experience in custodial or environmental services preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work irregular hours.
• Pass background checks and immunization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
• Operate floor maintenance equipment such as strippers and buffers.
• Restock supplies and report needed repairs.
• Assist in basic building maintenance and equipment inspection.
• Coach other custodians as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work and inventory.
