Job summary

OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital is seeking a Chef Manager, Culinary Operations to assist the Nutrition Services Director in overseeing department operations, production, and the financial performance of Nutrition Services. You will lead the nutrition team, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, HACCP, safety, and quality goals, and support staff development and patient-focused dining services.

The role is full-time, day shift, with opportunities to influence service quality and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management or related field.
• Alternatively, 5 years of food service experience with 2 years of leadership experience.
• Healthcare food service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Nutrition Services Director in managing department operations.
• Supervise department operations and production with administrative, fiscal, and performance accountability.
• Collaborate on short- and long-term objectives with leadership and ensure quality and service excellence.
