Job summary

ENFRA currently seeks a Construction Manager to provide field leadership for large commercial projects. You will coordinate vendors and subcontractors to execute the Project Schedule in full alignment with Contract Documents, ensuring safety and professional site conditions.

You will report on progress, manage inspections, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with energy-saving targets and inter-company leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of large commercial construction (>$10M), including higher education and healthcare.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Primavera.
• Team Player.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling complex situations with ambiguity and conflict resolution.
• Resourceful and focused on safety, financial performance, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Champion of project safety and lead site safety plans and investigations.
• Create, maintain, and report Project Schedule; update logic relationships and develop recovery plans.
• Coordinate site construction activities to meet the project schedule and Contract Documents.
• Schedule and attend site inspections with AHJ, third-party inspectors, and clients.
• Coordinate installation between trades and drive trade partner progress per the Project Schedule.
• Provide field leadership for planning and support construction schedule development.
• Attend jobsite meetings, schedule deliveries, document site progress, and support vendor/sub invoices reviews.
• Collaborate with Inter-Company field leadership to drive efficiencies and best practices.
• Maintain Daily Reports for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Manage submittals processing and timely procurement of materials.
• Implement the Project Quality Assurance plan and ensure compliance with safety and site logistics plans.
• Participate in project update meetings and communicate overall project health.
• Support measurement of project progress and reporting.
• Engage with Energy Savings targets with M&V and Engineering teams to align construction with energy outcomes.
• Ensure permits and legal requirements are met and closed out.
• Document existing site conditions and coordinate with facility operators.
• Support start-up and commissioning activities as required.
• Promote ENFRA culture and represent the team to stakeholders.
