ENFRA LLC seeks a Director of Construction to lead and optimize field operations, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality across projects. This role collaborates with regional leadership to establish SOPs and mentor site teams for continuous improvement.

Travel 50-75% to job sites, manage subcontractors, drive efficiency, and uphold OSHA and industry standards while delivering client-focused results for a growing energy-infrastructure portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field.
• 15+ years in managing large, complex commercial construction projects, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of influencing and developing an organization.
• Excellent judgment and creative problem solving including negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Strong mentoring and coaching experience with diverse teams.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative team player who can multitask.
• Superior management skills and ability to influence across reports and peers.
• Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills for senior management interfaces.
• Ability to operate as both tactical and strategic thinker.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional leadership to support all operational aspects of construction projects.
• Set safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards and ensure adherence.
• Develop and implement SOPs for safety, planning, and quality control with proper training.
• Coordinate with Vice Presidents, IS Delivery, and senior leadership to align strategic goals.
• Enforce policies across field operations and ensure alignment with standards.
• Drive operational efficiency by standardizing processes and leveraging technology.
• Oversee coordination between project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Develop quality control standards and inspection procedures; ensure timely issue resolution.
