• Handles all inside and outside calls and paging requests.
• Maintains knowledge of emergency codes and procedures and responds appropriately.
• Provides information to Physicians and on-call personnel accurately.
• Ensures correct routing of messages for on-call staff.
• Guides staff and patients on communication equipment.
