Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional customer service attitude and ability to assess caller needs.
• Experience with hospital paging and phone systems desired.
• Ability to type and use computer efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Screens and routes all calls to appropriate sources.
• Beep and page physicians and staff as required.
• Maintain up-to-date extension and emergency numbers.
• Assist with alarm monitoring and emergency communications.
