Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and route all incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls.
• Operate hospital paging systems and relay information during emergencies.
• Open Helpdesk tickets and route issues to the proper departments.
• Monitor alarms and equipment issues; notify relevant teams for resolution.
