Responsibilities

• Assist with after-hours calls and paging of on-call providers as needed.
• Monitor and report equipment or alarm issues to appropriate departments.
• Maintain up-to-date information in logs, directories, and patient service records.
• Open Help Desk tickets and reset passwords as required.
