Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of communicating with all levels of staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing incoming and outgoing calls and emergencies.
• Maintain call processing accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with updating staff contact information and alarm panels.
• Process messages in the SDC IntelliDesk system.
• Keep Telecommunications schedules up to date and accessible.
• Work a consistent 40-hour week on a set shift.
