Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing incoming and outgoing calls and processing emergencies.
• Maintain call logs and ensure confidentiality of messages.
• Keep department schedules up to date and staff contact information current.
• Provide professional, courteous call processing and support staff needs.
• Monitor alarm panels and assist with conference calls as needed.
