Guidehouse is seeking an Admitting Representative to manage the main switchboard, answer questions, assist with patient registrations, and coordinate emergency codes in a hospital setting.

The role requires customer service experience, ability to work independently, and bilingual Spanish is a plus. Shifts rotate including evenings and weekends. The annual salary range and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Competenze

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare.

Mansioni

• Manage inbound and outbound calls on the main switchboard/PBX.
• Answer basic questions about hours, directions, and contacts.
• Assist with patient registrations and monitor patient status in the EMR.
• Coordinate emergency codes and disaster procedures.
• Mentor new associates and support orientation.
