Responsibilities

• Greet every person entering the hospital delivering exceptional service
• Meet and exceed customer needs/expectations
• Assist customers in destinations and direct them within the hospital campus
• Escort customers to locations and provide campus navigation
• Support hospital initiatives and embrace change
• Train, mentor, and supervise Information Desk volunteers and staff
• Diffuse difficult situations using active listening and critical thinking to resolve outcomes
• Maintain safety and security during check-in and health screening processes
• Complete daily Opening and Closing Checklists and accurate logging of deliveries and visits
• Ensure confidentiality and privacy in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing education and staff training
