Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet, screen in-check patients and badge visitors.
• Round, survey and assist in waiting areas as directed by leadership.
• Troubleshoot customer service challenges to resolve issues for patients and guests.
• Escort guests in a wheelchair when needed and coordinate safe movement with the Transport Department.
• Represent the department at UCSF Health meetings and model PRIDE values.
