CBRE is seeking a Lead Sr Building Engineer for a mission-critical hospital campus in Grapevine, TX. You will lead the onsite maintenance team, perform hands-on repairs, and manage preventive maintenance and BAS-driven controls to ensure safety and reliability for patients and staff.

The role requires 5-8 years of experience, strong leadership, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining compliance with facility codes.

Competenze

• 5-8 years of job-related experience in facilities or building engineering.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage team workflows, and make independent decisions.
• Meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs and prolonged standing.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on leadership approach.

Mansioni

• Direct daily maintenance operations for the hospital campus and ensure safety.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the onsite maintenance team.
• Manage CMMS workflow, assign work orders, track progress and SLAs.
• Perform hands-on repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and facility systems.
• Oversee and execute the preventive maintenance program.
• Utilize BAS to monitor and adjust environmental controls for performance.
• Ensure life-safety systems and codes compliance within healthcare facilities.
