Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive HVAC maintenance for a healthcare campus.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair rooftop units, air handlers, chillers, exhaust fans, and ice machines.
• Manage refrigerant systems and perform brazing repairs as needed.
• Calibrate control systems and instruments for accurate operation.
• Document work orders and respond to emergency service requests using CMMS.
