CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a LeadSr Building Engineer for a hospital campus in Grapevine, TX. You will lead the on-site maintenance team, direct daily operations, and ensure safe, compliant facilities.

Your role combines hands-on maintenance with strategic oversight, prioritizing patient and staff safety while optimizing performance. You will manage CMMS workflows, supervise preventative maintenance, and mentor staff.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities for onsite maintenance team.
• Experience with hospital or critical facility operations is a plus.

Mansioni

• Direct daily maintenance operations for a hospital campus and ensure a safe environment.
• Provide hands-on leadership and technical mentorship to the onsite team.
• Manage CMMS work orders, track progress, and ensure SLAs are met.
• Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance of building systems daily.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, and building infrastructure; oversee PM programs.
• Utilize BAS to monitor and adjust environmental controls.
• Ensure life safety and regulatory compliance across the facility.
