Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Sr Maintenance Technician to support a large hospital campus in Grapevine, Texas. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair building systems to ensure safe, reliable operations.

This role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to lift heavy loads. You will work within CBRE guidelines, follow safety codes, and collaborate with the engineering team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of job-related experience.
• Preferred experience in Electrical, carpentry, plumbing or HVAC maintenance.
• Meet the physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Assign work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect new installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
