Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have valid Food Service Worker Permit (FSWP) from MCHD before starting or obtain a temporary permit by first Wednesday; permanent permit within 1 month.
• Must pass WV DHHR background checks if assigned to certain centers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food per recipes and batch production.
• Ensure correct temperatures and document temperatures.
• Set up bars and lines; restock and clean areas.
• Gathers ingredients efficiently; uses standardized recipes; supports diet modifications.
• Maintain quality and customer service during service periods.
