This full-time, Monday to Friday position is based in person in Scarborough, Maine, and offers excellent benefits including health, dental, vision, and disability insurance, generous PTO and sick leave, retirement plans, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

As a Hospital Booking Scheduler, you will serve as the central contact for patients and clinical staff regarding upcoming surgeries and procedures at the network's hospital in Portland, ME.

• Process procedural orders prior to patient procedures (testing, office visits, general orders)
• Make outbound calls to coordinate with patients or staff regarding procedural orders
• Assist patients in the lead-up to their procedures

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of administrative healthcare experience — required
• Strong communication and coordination skills — required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously — required
• Experience in scheduling or healthcare scheduling — preferred
