Job summary

Commure is seeking a Hospital Billing Launch Lead to own end-to-end hospital launches, from contract through stabilized production billing. You will write the playbook as you go while coordinating across Product, Eng, Operations, Sales, and Account Management, and collaborating with the Hospital Billing GM to define critical processes.

You will drive the implementation plan, manage multiple tax IDs and EHRs, and ensure a smooth post-go-live handoff with the account team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company.
• Demonstrated history of creating opportunities and seeking ownership positions.
• Comfortable working with data; proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Expertise in project management with several rapid implementations.
• Ability to build processes without a pre-existing playbook.

Responsibilities

• Own hospital launches end to end, from contract signature through stabilized production billing.
• Build the hospital launch playbook as you go with workflows and automated processes.
• Translate enterprise complexity into actionable implementation plans with senior leadership.
• Coordinate daily with implementation, product, and payer enrollment teams.
• Own the account after go-live and drive stable collections.
• Establish clear SLAs and a clean handoff with internal teams.
• Help define Launch and Account Management as separate functions within Hospital Billing.
