Job summary

Amazon Fuse Billing Operations is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to own Pre-Launch and Post-Launch billing initiatives across locales, with a focus on delivering accurate invoicing and scalable processes.

You will lead end-to-end billing launches, develop SOPs and metrics, manage the automation roadmap, and coordinate with finance, tax, accounting, and engineering to resolve data discrepancies and scale the program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish.
