August Health is seeking a Billing Implementation Manager to lead customers through the end-to-end setup of our Billing product, from discovery through go-live and handoff to Customer Success. You will own accuracy, act as the product expert, and coordinate with finance, operations, and home office teams to shape scalable workflows.

The role requires 3+ years in customer-facing roles, strong financial literacy, and a proven ability to drive process improvements in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success or Implementation.
• Strong financial literacy in billing, accounting, revenue cycle management.
• Experience in healthcare or senior living operations is a plus.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with a track record of outcomes.
• Ability to build and improve processes and scalable tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; explain financial concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end implementation of August’s Billing product from discovery to go-live and handoff to Customer Success.
• Own the accuracy and quality of each Billing implementation by configuring the product and establishing workflows.
• Serve as the Billing product expert for setup, integrations, and adoption at scale.
• Communicate with finance, operations, and executive stakeholders across the customer organization.
• Manage multiple complex Billing implementations simultaneously with tight timelines and accuracy.
• Provide strategic feedback to Product and Engineering based on implementation experience.
• Lead training and launch sessions to build confidence and drive adoption.
• Develop internal/external resources to support repeatable, high-quality implementations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with CX, Product, and Go-To-Market teams to improve the customer journey.
