Job summary

August Health is seeking a Billing Implementation Manager to guide customers through the deployment of the Billing product, from discovery to go-live and ongoing adoption. You will ensure accuracy, establish scalable workflows, and act as the product expert across customer organizations.

You will collaborate with CX, Product, and Go-To-Market teams to refine processes, deliver training, and translate customer insights into scalable solutions for senior living operators.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success/Implementation).
• Strong financial literacy—billing, accounting, revenue cycle management.
• Experience in healthcare or senior living operations a plus.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with track record of meaningful outcomes.
• Able to build and improve scalable processes and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain financial concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end implementation of August’s Billing product from discovery to go-live and handoff to Customer Success.
• Own accuracy and quality of each Billing implementation through proper configuration and workflows.
• Serve as the Billing product expert, aiding setup, integrations, and adoption at scale.
• Communicate with finance, operations, and community teams across levels.
• Manage multiple complex implementations simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Provide strategic feedback to Product and Engineering to improve Billing.
• Lead training and launch sessions to build confidence and drive adoption.
• Develop internal/external resources to support repeatable, high-quality implementations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the customer journey and implementation experience.
