Job summary

CBIZ Talent Solutions is assisting our valued client in their search for a Billing Manager. This hands-on billing leader will own the end-to-end billing cycle, lead a small team, onboard new customers, and help improve billing processes through automation.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Sales, Legal, and IT within a growing healthcare services organization while driving accuracy, timeliness, and scalable workflows. Target compensation is $90K–$100K per year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of billing or revenue operations experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Contract billing and customer invoicing experience.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, contract-based customer billing.
• Interpret contracts and Statements of Work.
• Lead and develop 1 to 2 billing team members.
• Oversee customer onboarding, invoicing, and billing discrepancies.
• Support collections and monthly reporting.
• Improve billing workflows, controls, and automation.
