Job summary

Commure is expanding its Hospital Billing team and is seeking a senior leader to own hospital launches end to end, from contract through stabilized production billing. You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Account Management to build and run the launch playbook while managing complex multi-EHR and tax-ID scenarios.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with data tools and analytics to drive launches.
• Experience translating enterprise complexity into actionable plans.
• Ability to manage multiple launches with minimal playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Own hospital launches end to end from contract to production billing.
• Build the hospital launch playbook as you go with workflows and configurations.
• Translate enterprise complexity (multiple tax IDs, EHRs) into implementation plans.
• Coordinate daily with implementation, product, and payer enrollment teams.
• Own the account after go-live and drive stable collections.
• Establish clear SLAs and handoff processes with internal teams.
• Help define Launch and Account Management as separate functions as the team grows.
