Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Hospital Account Specialty Representative to drive territory growth by delivering compelling product presentations and educating healthcare professionals on product value and benefits.

You will manage hospital relationships, provide scientific information, and collaborate across the sales organization to execute strategies. Travel up to 50% with overnight trips; 5+ years pharma/biotech sales and 3+ years calling on hospitals required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned geography, including overnight travel.
• 5+ years of demonstrated sales success in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industry.
• 3+ years demonstrated experience calling on hospitals and health systems.
• Strong understanding of hospital decision-making processes, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Provide scientific and clinical information within the disease state area and approved product.
• Deliver sales presentations to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and clinic personnel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive aligned execution.
• Utilize resources to optimize customer engagement and outcomes.
• Participate in training and development programs while complying with policies.
