Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Hospital Account Specialty Representative to build relationships with clinical and non-clinical hospital stakeholders, deliver compelling product presentations, and educate healthcare teams on product value and benefits.

You will manage hospital relationships, present to physicians and staff, collaborate in a matrixed sales organization, and travel up to 50% to cover the assigned geography.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated sales success in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industries.
• 3+ years calling on hospitals and health systems.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital relationships engaging clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Deliver scientific and clinical information within the disease state area and approved product.
• Present to physicians, APPs, medical staff and clinic personnel using customer engagement selling.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive aligned execution.
• Participate in training and development programs and comply with policies.
