Syneos Health is seeking a Hospital Account Specialty Representative to drive territory growth by presenting compelling product information and educating healthcare professionals on product value. The role emphasizes hospital engagement with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech sales, strong presentation skills, and willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned geography.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience and proven sales success in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industry.
• Ability to engage hospital and health system stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for clinical and non-clinical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to understand customer needs and priorities.
• Provide scientific and clinical information within the disease state area and approved product.
• Deliver sales presentations to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and clinic personnel using a customer engagement selling model.
• Utilize resources to optimize customer engagement and drive territory growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive aligned execution and business success.
• Participate in training and development programs while adhering to policies and procedures.
