Job summary

Luminos Hospice is seeking a skilled On-Call RN to join our weekend team, providing nursing care for patients in their homes and coordinating with the Interdisciplinary Group/Team, patients, families, and referring agencies.

This role requires a valid State RN license, current CPR certification, and at least two years of clinical nursing experience with hospice preferred. Friday 5pm–Monday 8am, with comprehensive benefits and generous PTO.

Responsibilities

Job Overview:

Luminos Hospice is seeking a skilled and compassionate On-Call RN to join our team. As an On-Call RN, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our patients during the weekends. Primary functions are to administer nursing care for patients of all ages in their place of residence and to coordinate care with the Interdisciplinary Group/Team, patients, families, and referring agency. Assumes the responsibility for, and participates in, the coordination of care.

Requirements

Licensure:

Current State RN license.

Current driver’s license.

Current CPR Certification.

Experience:

Two (2) years' experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting and one (1) year full-time hospice preferred.

Skills:

Nursing skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice.
