Job summary

Luminos Hospice is seeking a Weekend On‑Call Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate in‑home care on weekends in Oklahoma. You will provide nursing care to patients in their residences and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, families, and referring agencies to ensure seamless care delivery.

Three 12‑hour shifts (Friday‑Sunday) support our patients and families. Strong clinical skills, independence, and excellent communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Current State RN license.
• CPR Certification required.
• Ability to work weekends and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in their homes on weekends.

Schedule:

Job Overview:

Luminos Hospice is seeking a skilled and compassionate On‑Call RN to join our team. As an On‑Call RN, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our patients during the weekends. Primary functions are to administer nursing care for patients of all ages in their place of residence and to coordinate care with the Interdisciplinary Group/Team, patients, families, and referring agency. Assumes the responsibility for, and participates in, the coordination of care.

Requirements

Licensure:

Current State RN license.

Current driver’s license.

Current CPR Certification.

Experience:

Two (2) years' experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting and one (1) year full-time hospice preferred.

Skills:

Nursing skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice.

Knowledge of state and federal regulations.

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Strong attention to detail and organizational habits.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills.
