Job summary

Luminos Hospice is seeking a skilled on-call RN for weeknights to deliver quality nursing care in patients' homes. You will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, families, and referring agencies to ensure seamless care and timely documentation.

Job Overview

Luminos Hospice is seeking a skilled and compassionate On-Call RN to join our team. As an On-Call RN, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our patients in the evenings. Primary functions are to administer nursing care for patients of all ages in their place of residence and to coordinate care with the Interdisciplinary team, patients, families, and referring agency. Assumes the responsibility for, and participates in, the coordination of care.

Requirements

Licensure:
Current State RN license.

Current driver’s license.

Current CPR Certification.

Experience

Two (2) years' experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting and one (1) year full-time hospice preferred.

Skills

Nursing skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice.

Knowledge of state and federal regulations.

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Strong attention to detail and organizational habits.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
