Infinity Hospice Care LLC in Texas seeks a detail-oriented Team Assistant to support the Clinical Manager and home health team. You will manage scheduling, communications, and patient information flow to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, solid data entry skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. This role offers a collaborative, family-like team environment and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• High school diploma and experience in computer processing preferred.
• Above average word processing and data entry skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with others.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors assigned reports and follows up on discrepancies.
• Distributes and/or provides communications to staff as directed.
• Maintains tracking systems with accurate/up-to-date information.
• Receives, triages, and relays messages for Team field staff (faxes, orders, lab results).
• Participates in quality management activities as assigned.
• Facilitates maintaining, updating, and communicating visit schedules for Team field staff.
• Assists with pre-bill audit activities as assigned.
• Assists with weekend patient scheduling and on-call coverage.
• Supports customer service reputation by promoting a responsive, knowledgeable approach.
• Other duties as assigned by Clinical Manager.
