Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience in a medical setting or equivalent is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining schedules for field staff and notifies changes.
• Supports scheduling of hospice visits and admissions.
• Processes treatment plans, interim orders, and recertification of prognosis.
