Infinity Hospice Care, part of the LCHH family, is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide to assist patients in their homes. You will work under the RN, support transfers, and help with daily living activities while maintaining safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience as Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Able to read, write, and verbally report clinical information to patients and staff.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN direction and according to the Aide Plan of Care.
• Assist with safe transfers and ambulation per Hospice policy.
• Report changes and document care to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain infection control, provide a safe, clean environment.
• Communicate respectfully with patients, families, and staff.
• Respect patient privacy and property; support nutrition and hydration needs.
• Participate in hospice education programs and maintain competency.
• Perform on-call/after-hours duties and weekend/holiday rotations.
• Submit required paperwork timely and meet productivity standards.
