Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Hospice Sales / Liaison to grow referral networks in Rossville, GA and surrounding areas. You will develop relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and SNFs to drive appropriate admissions and census growth.

The ideal candidate has hospice or home health sales experience, a proven referral track record, and the ability to work independently in the field while coordinating with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions into

Qualifications

Healthcare sales experience required.
Local market knowledge and established referral relationships are a must.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals and other referral sources.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

Develop, expand and maintain strong referral-source relationships across the assigned market.
Represent hospice services professionally with referral partners, patients, families and community partners.
Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts through consistent outside sales activity.
Work closely with internal clinical and operations teams to support appropriate referrals and smooth transitions into care.
