Your Talent Team is seeking an experienced Hospice Sales Liaison to cover Rossville, GA and surrounding areas. You will develop, expand and maintain strong referral-source relationships with physicians, hospitals and discharge planners, while partnering with clinical teams to ensure smooth transitions into care.

The ideal candidate brings hospice or home health sales experience, a robust local referral network, and the ability to work independently in a field-based role.

Qualifikationen

• Hospice and/or Home Health Sales experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales, marketing, business development or referral-development experience strongly preferred.
• Established local contacts/referral sources strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge, job stability and proven, verifiable performance are must-haves.
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with CRM/contact management software preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven healthcare environment.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current auto insurance required.

Aufgaben

• Develop, expand and maintain strong referral-source relationships across the assigned market.
• Represent hospice services professionally with referral partners, patients, families and community partners.
• Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts through consistent outside sales activity.
• Work closely with internal clinical and operations teams to support appropriate referrals and smooth transitions into care.
