Essenti Talent is seeking a Hospice Sales Liaison for Rossville, GA and surrounding areas. This field-based role focuses on developing and maintaining strong referral-source relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, SNFs and other healthcare partners to drive census growth and smooth care transitions.

The ideal candidate has hospice and/or home health sales experience, solid local market knowledge, and a track record of meeting performance goals.

Formación

• Hospice or Home Health sales experience required.
• Local market knowledge and proven performance are must-haves.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners and other referral sources.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, expand and maintain strong referral-source relationships across the assigned market.
• Represent hospice services professionally with referral partners, patients, families and community partners.
• Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts through outside sales activity.
• Collaborate with internal clinical and operations teams to support appropriate referrals and smooth transitions into care.
